During the MOU signing with the Local and Central Authorities prevalence will be given to make the LLAs with lands that are their property, in market conditions. If the lands for a specific project are from the local Authorities or have been assured by a Central Government for a Tender, it must be agreed in a preliminary phase, having in mind all the components of a Renewable Energy project, like site location, access to the Grid and Environmental Impact.
