What we collect
When you use our contact form we receive the details you provide — typically your name, email address, subject and message. Our hosting infrastructure also records standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance. This website has no user accounts, no comment system and currently no advertising or analytics trackers.
Why we process it
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and to take steps you request prior to any engagement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, Art. 6(1)(f)). You confirm this via the consent box on the form. Technical logs are processed in our legitimate interest of keeping the site secure and fast.
Storage and retention
Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox and stored within the website for follow-up. We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then delete it unless a business relationship or legal obligation requires otherwise.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with the service providers that run this website (EU-based hosting and email delivery) under data-processing agreements, and with authorities where the law requires it.
International access
The website and its data are hosted in the European Union. Where our team outside the EU (for example in the UAE or Kenya) needs access to answer your enquiry, it is limited to that purpose.
Cookies
This site sets only functional and performance cookies (for example, caching and security cookies from our hosting stack). We do not set advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics in the future, this policy and the cookie notice will be updated first.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability. Write to info@nenupharadvisors.com and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority (CNPD, cnpd.pt) or your local data-protection authority.
